Defect tracking tools

Its been a long time, to post, i have been a bit busy and did not catch much of my attention for the user who visit my blog often.

So let me catch a glance of the defect tracking tools. Even this post has been given in many of the blogs. Let me revisit in a simple manner for understanding,Different companies use different cycles. But the over all structure is same. Even the famous Defect tracking tools like "Quality centre, Bugzilla" are used by the most of the top industries in IT.

Intially when the developer logs the defect, and it is assinged to the developers. Then if they agree that they work around the defect and after fixing it, they release for QA for testinig. IF that is not a defect then it is revert back to QA for closing it. Even some time they can revert back to the QA for asking more info. If it is a duplicate then it is revert back for closing it.
